What we collect
Your name, email address, business name and website, together with the time and reference of your request.
Why we use it
We use these details to review your website, respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have requested. Submitting this form does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Who can access it
Requests are stored in a private enquiry inbox accessible to the website owner. Our hosting providers process the data to operate and store the form. When email notifications are enabled, our email-delivery provider also processes a copy addressed to Convyl.
Keeping and removing information
We keep enquiry records while handling your request and related follow-up, and remove them when they are no longer needed. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry details by emailing hello@convyl.com.
Preventing spam
The form checks for automated submissions and repeated requests. It uses protected identifiers derived from your network address and email for hourly limits. Raw network addresses are not stored in our enquiry database. These limit records expire at the end of the hour and are removed during subsequent form activity.
